Universal Declaration of Human Rights asserted that “everyone has the right to education”. Education is key to all social indicators contributing towards development of community and nation building. Foundation for Poverty Alleviation is not limiting its activity to educate the people but extending to the intellectual capital building of the children. We are supporting children of economically marginalised community, orphans and other needy students by providing them books, stationary and competitive exam material along with scholarships. We also organise literary and cultural activities for intellectual capacity building.
Foundation for poverty alleviation is working in flood effected district of Araria, Bihar; Rampur, UP; and North-East District of Delhi.
Education is one of the most important means of empowering women with the knowledge, skills and self-confidence necessary to participate fully in the development process. Walking on this philosophy, foundation for poverty alleviation is committed to encourage equal participation of women in education.
